Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. This ensures we can stop production with Printful before fulfillment begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, as Printful processes orders immediately after placement.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the issue.

  • After verification, we will process a refund or replacement. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
